Class of 2034
Take your next steps toward graduation with Lake Shore Public Schools by joining the Class of 2034. Children are eligible for Kindergarten if they turn five years old on or before September 1, 2021. However, children who turn five between September 1 and December 1, 2021 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten if their parents submit a waiver form.

Resident Enrollment
To register, please begin by completing our Resident Enrollment Forms. A Home Language Survey should also be completed. Parents must supply:

An original birth certificate or certified copy, with raised seal, issued by the clerk of the county where your child was born or the health department of the state of birth

Proof of Residency

Your child's health immunization record; including vision and hearing screenings. Be sure to schedule immunization updates early these appointments are often limited

Schools of Choice Enrollment
Macomb County families seeking a quality education for the K-11 students are invited to apply to Lake Shore Public Schools through the Schools of Choice program. By turning in the required documentation, you will begin your path to becoming a part of the Shorian Nation!
To register, please begin by completing our Schools of Choice Forms. A Home Language Survey should also be completed. Parents must supply:
Lake Shore Public Schools is a Schools of Choice district. Under Schools of Choice Section 105, we may enroll students from another school district within Macomb County provided the student meets the application guidelines.

Great Start Readiness Preschool Enrollment

To register, please begin by completing our GSRP Application. Please review Income Eligibility and the Handbook.
Parents must supply:
