Lake Shore Public Schools, in partnership with Chartwells Food Services, is proud to provide healthy meal options for all students.

You asked—we delivered! The new Family Portal by Meal Magic makes managing your child’s food service account easy. Families can make deposits, transfer funds between students, review account history, and set daily spending limits or restrictions—all in one place.
To apply for Eligibility Benefits, visit: https://lakeshore.familyportal.cloud/
Completed forms should be submitted to your child’s school.
Students should bring their Student ID each day, as it will be used by the Food Service Department to scan and process meal selections.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
