Our Major Fundraisers:

Our three major fundraiser this year will be the Fall Fair on Friday November 4th, the Walk-a-thon at the end of year (Date to be announced) and Box Tops.

Fall Fair:
The fall fair is an event we are putting together so the whole family can get together and have fun while raising money for field trip transportation, agendas, and classroom magazines. The adults will have a great
time at the auction trying to get the winning bid for their kids classroom basket! The kids will have fun playing games, getting their faces painted, temporary tattoos and much more. Make it a whole night, have dinner with us.
There will be hot dogs, walking tacos, soft pretzels and more to purchase.  This fundraiser is replacing our Fall Catalog Fundraiser, if you hate selling items from a catalog please make sure to come out and support our school at the Fall Fair. Bring your family and friends they will have much more fun at the fair then they would buying items from a catalog.

Walk-a-thon:
At the end of the year we will be having our annual walk-a-thon. Students raise money by getting pledges from
their family and friends. They pledge to walk around the playground and soccer field at least 3 times. The students
get a chance to win some awesome prizes. It not only promotes exercise but gives the student a feeling of great
accomplishment to raise money for their school.  This is one of the students favorite days of the school year!
This is a great fundraiser because there is no selling involved and the school gets 100% of the donations.

Box Tops:
It is amazing how much 10¢ can add up!! Please get all your family and friends involved in this fundraiser. It is
such an easy fundraiser, just cut out the box top and send it in at the end of each month. The class who sends
in the most each month earns a special day or treat. The class who brings in the most between September and January earns a Pizza Party. The class who brings in the most between February and May earns an ice cream party!
Please remember to check the expiration date on box tops. We can not turn in or count expired box tops.
Many stores also have bonus certificates, these normally have a short expiration date. Please send these in
at the end of the month in which you earn them.

Box Top List

Participating Products List

In order to be mailed in, all box tops need to be trimmed to the dotted line. This makes packaging and shipping
easier and less expensive. You can also register online at boxtops4education.com. You can get bonus box tops,
coupons, and shop through this website to earn more box tops for our school.

Labels for Education:
We need the UPC code with the points value trimmed on the dotted line.  These labels do not expire. We also
have to mail these in so the neater they are trimmed the less expensive it is to send them in. You can also go
to their website to learn more. labelsforeducation.com.
