PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE SOME REHEARSALS ADDED PRIOR TO GRADUATION FOR OUR SENIORS TO ATTEND FOLLOWING ‘THEIR’ (Seniors) RESPECTIVE LAST DAY DEPARTURE. THESE DATES WILL BE WORKED OUT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE GRADUATION. IT IS REQUIRED FOR SENIORS TO ATTEND THESE EXTRA REHEARSALS TO FULFILL THEIR COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PERFORM IN THE REQUIRED GRADUATION CERMONY.
GRADE IS AFFECTED WHEN REQUIRED REHEARSALS ARE MISSED AND THE ELIGIBILITY TO SING IN REQUIRED GRADUATION MAY BE FORFEITED.
PLEASE NOTE
The rehearsals and performances listed on the previous chart are required and mandatory to receive a respectable/passing grade for choir credit. Makeup assignments are given when a rehearsal or performance is missed with an excusable reason (Director’s discretion is used with referencing to the School Attendance Policy.) Once again, please note exactly which dates your student is involved in an activity. I will go over this list very thoroughly during the first week of school and have the students circle and/or highlight their particular dates.
