Preparedness & Response Plan

In accordance with Executive Order 2020-59, Lake Shore Public Schools institutes this COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan:

Lake Shore aims to protect its workforce by enacting all appropriate prevention efforts.  We are continually monitoring guidance from local, state, and federal health officials and implementing workplace and Plan modifications where appropriate.

Paid Sick Leave

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  See details here: FFRCA  Poster
