The Lake Shore Athletic Boosters usually meet on the first Monday of every month in the cafeteria of Lake Shore High School. However, we are currently working on this year’s meeting dates and times and should have them available soon. You can check with the Athletic Department and/or any of the Booster officers for an update on our meetings. The meetings will also be posted on Lake Shore High School’s marquee.

Message from the Boosters:
Welcome to the 2007-08 school year. We are looking forward to an exciting year for all of Lake Shore’s athletic teams. The Lake Shore Athletic Boosters play an integral part in the support of these teams. Please join us at the meetings to share ideas, gather information, and volunteer for an event and even make some new friends along the way.

Our accomplishments:
The Athletic Boosters have accomplished much over the years. The following is a list of just some of the contributions:

2005-06

· $1,300 for Booster Scholarships (eight recipients)
· $6,000 for weight room – Paid off – (five-year commitment totaling $15,000)
· $3,000 ice machine for the field house
· $1,500 for boys/girls soccer program (uniforms & equipment)
· $90 for softball program (All-Star game in July 2006 – two athletes)
· $85 for (two raffle gifts) the Senior All-Night Party
· $200 for bowling program (tournament fees)
· Parents earned money for various teams by working concessions (fall, winter & spring sports – totaling $7,028.73)

2004-05

· $500 scholarship
· $3,000 for weight room
· $1,500 for softball program
· $1,150 for swimming program
· Parents earned money for various teams by working concessions
· Breakaway banner for football program
